Never during the trial. Your first $19.99 charge falls on day 8, and we remind you on day 6 so it is not a surprise. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Everything. There is one plan and no feature gates: unlimited personalized sessions, real-time camera guidance, assessments and reassessments, readiness-aware recommendations, conversational requests, Apple Health context, and priority email support.
Through the same channel you purchased from. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple subscription settings; web subscriptions through the web billing channel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
Apple bills you and manages the subscription, including refunds and cancellation. Do not also subscribe on the web — you would be paying twice for the same access.
