What to know before you move with Jinni.
How the camera works, what Jinni stores, what the trial includes, and when to speak with a healthcare professional.
Jinni is an AI movement-guidance app that uses your phone or tablet camera to understand how you move, provide cues during a session, and adapt future sessions based on your goals, movement history, readiness, and feedback.
Place your device where Jinni can see your full body. During an active session, Jinni analyzes your movement on the device and uses that information to provide guidance on alignment, control, range, and timing.
Jinni does not store raw camera video or send it for human review. The app may save derived movement and session information needed for personalization, history, and progress. The Privacy Policy describes the exact data retained.
No. A wearable is not required. Apple Health is optional and can add context such as sleep, heart rate, HRV, and recent activity when those signals are available.
Many Jinni sessions are designed for home use with limited equipment. The app guides device setup and lets you request changes, such as a session without a chair. Always clear enough space to move safely.
Jinni can personalize general movement and wellness guidance around goals such as mobility, posture, and moving more comfortably. It does not diagnose or treat pain, injury, or a medical condition. Speak with a qualified professional when appropriate, and stop if a movement causes concerning pain or symptoms.
Readiness uses available context such as sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, recent activity, and your own daily check-in. It helps Jinni adjust the focus or intensity of a session. It is not a medical score or diagnosis.
Yes. You can share how you feel, ask questions, or request practical changes such as avoiding a chair or focusing on a specific goal.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews at $19.99 per month. The checkout and your receipt show the exact renewal date.
Cancel through the same channel you used to purchase. App Store subscriptions are managed in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Jinni runs on iPhone and iPad. The App Store listing shows the current minimum iOS and iPadOS versions. There is no Android version yet.
No. Jinni supports general wellness and movement guidance. It is not a substitute for a physician, physical therapist, or another qualified healthcare professional.
